The Founder
Charlotte Hamilton is an award-winning communications strategist with over 13 years of experience in the entertainment industry and beyond. Prior to founding The Good Human Group in 2023, she worked at global entertainment companies, communications start-ups, and legacy PR firms including Warner Music Group, The Lede Company, and PMK-BNC, where she built a reputation for turning visibility into tangible outcomes.
Throughout her career, she has represented talent including Bella Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Forest Whitaker, Robert Redford, Janet Mock, Rauw Alejandro, and Lena Dunham, as well as major initiatives like Travis Scott + Fortnite Present: Astronomical and 88Rising's Head In The Clouds Festival. Her extensive portfolio spans projects including film, television, and theater premieres; album, podcast, and book releases; awards campaigns; music festivals and tours; brand launches and partnerships; fashion and red-carpet events; and social, political, and charitable initiatives.
